Friday, Dec. 13

Surf Night at Winters Tavern

Check out Surf Night on 2nd Friday of every month at Winters Tavern with live surf bands and DJ. This week: The Gillbillies, a three-piece instrumental outlaw gothic western surf-a-billy cowpunk band from San Jose. The Reefriders, from Pacifica,  serve up quite a collection of surf music taking their audience on a joy ride through time with wild music as popularized in the movie Pulp Fiction. DJ Sid Presley, also from Pacifica, complements the event by playing 60's surf and garage-related rock and roll throughout the evening.

Saturday, Dec. 14

GGNRA Trail Volunteer Day

Join the National Park Service Trail Crew for a day of brushing trails and improving tread at the newest addition to Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Rancho Corral de Tierra. Meet at Farallone View Elementary School, 1100 Le Conte Ave, Montara, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Pacifica Parent's Night Out

Need to do some shopping or do you need a little R & R?  Drop the kiddos off at the Pacifica Community Center on Crespi for a night out without the kids. Your child(ren) will have dinner, make arts and crafts, play games, and see a movie. All activities are provided by trained and experienced Pacifica Recreation Staff. Advance registration is strongly encouraged.

Sunday, Dec. 15

Pacifica Mother's Club Holiday Boutique Fundraiser

Skip the crowds at the malls and shop the Pacifica Mothers Club Holiday Boutique and Fundraiser. Local area moms share their crafty skills with the community with 20 vendors, raffle prizes (donated by vendors), free, easy parking at Ocean Yoga, 90 C Eureka Square, Pacifica.
