1st Annual Cabrillo School Yard Sale and Food Truck Extravaganza
11 a.m. Cabrillo School 601 Crespi Dr, Pacifica
Are you getting into spring cleaning mode and thinking of having a garage sale? Let's "spring" into action together while benefitting our school. We will have several food trucks joining us and donating partial proceeds to Cabrillo.
When: May 11th, 11-3pm
Where: Cabrillo School Yard
Why: To buy and sell gently used items, eat great food and have some family fun.
Bring your lawn chair! Take a break from shopping to enjoy the great food and special entertainment provided by the talented Cabrillo students!
**Note: To be a seller there is a mandatory $25 space fee, all of which funds the PTO. There will be a limited number of tables that will be available (first come, first serve). You can also bring your own tables, tarps, etc. to help with your selling endeavor. If you are unable to sell at the event but would like to donate your gently used items to be sold, please contact Dana to arrange a drop-off. Please do not bring your items to school prior to the event.

Local author Baird Nuckolls Discusses Her New Young-Adult Novel
2 p.m., Florey's Book Co., 2120 Palmetto Ave., Pacifica
Baird is an author and literary editor. Her first middle grade novel, "The Dragons of Graham" was released in March,. Her short stories have been published on-line and in print. She has been an assistant editor at Narrative Magazine for over three years and also provides contract editing for individual clients across the country. She lives in the Bay Area.
