Loud and Proud: Oceana High School's BAM 2011

Oceana High School students presented Pacifica with "a community event that celebrates different forms of art work and brings them together for an unforgettable experience."

's , which took place Friday evening, is a community event organized by students at the high school that showcases art produced by students such as live local bands performing in the courtyard, acoustic performances in the BAM Beat Cafe (the teachers' lounge restyled just for the evening), freestyle battles and fashion show in the cafeteria, instant group mural, films, slide shows, and Taiko drummers. 

Event organizers estimate that over 400 community members attended and over 100 volunteers and performers were present.
