High School District Seeks Applicants for Vacated Board Seat
Interested persons should submit a letter of interest and résumé by June 1.

During their meeting of May 15, 2012, the Jefferson Union High School District Board of Trustees of Laurie W. Frater, whose term will expire in November 2012.

During the same meeting of May 15, 2012, the board chose to provisionally appoint an individual to fill Mr. Frater’s seat and would require the individual to hold office until the next regularly scheduled election for governing board members (November 2012).
Individuals who would wish to apply for this vacancy should do so by submitting a “Letter of Interest” regarding their desire to serve as a trustee of the Jefferson Union High School District and a resume. This letter and resume must be submitted to the Superintendent’s Office (699 Serramonte Boulevard, Suite 100, Daly City, CA 94015) no later than 4:00 P.M., Friday, June 1, 2012.

Interview of applicants for this seat will be conducted during a special public meeting tentatively scheduled for 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 7, 2012, in Room 223 of Serramonte del Rey, 699 Serramonte Boulevard, Daly City.
