Your Monday Morning Exchange: Court For Winters Tavern Crasher, Fire Assessment Tax and Chocolate Mousse

A morning wakeup call

Carla Andres, the Daly City woman while intoxicated injuring several bystanders will make her second appearance in court today. The preliminary hearing of the case is set for 9am in South San Francisco Felony Court, Department 5, Judge Marta Diaz presiding, said District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe. Andres is being held on $75,000 bail and faces a felony charge of driving under the influence and causing injuries. Wagstaffe said that she in San Mateo Superior Court on Jan. 31 to the charge.
