Other facts

Pacifica has been my home for 30 years. Since you put your trust in me four years ago, I've worked tirelessly for a better Pacifica.

As Mayor and member of our City Council, I have stopped deficit spending and balanced the city budget, fought hard for Pacifica’s share of County resources, established the Economic Development Committee, improved customer service in our Planning department, reached out to Pacifica businesses with "Mayor's Walks,” protected our environment, created the Beautification Task Force, and led a community-wide effort that garnered national recognition for Pacifica as one of the six most beautiful towns in the U.S.

Together we can create a city that is fiscally sustainable and works for all our citizens; engage more residents in their city government; improve our streets and city services; promote our beauty to visitors; and enhance economic development. If you re-elect me, I will redouble my efforts to achieve the very best for Pacifica.

Our unique and beautiful city is turning a corner.  I ask for your vote so I can continue to Put Pacifica First!

I would like to add that I am endorsed by: Jackie Speier, U.S. Congresswoman, 12th District Jerry Hill, California State Assembly Kevin Mullin, Candidate for State Assembly Gene Mullin, Former State Assembly member Carole Groom, San Mateo County Supervisor Don Horsley, San Mateo County Supervisor David Pine, San Mateo County Supervisor Adrienne Tissier, San Mateo County Supervisor Shelly Masur, Candidate for SMC Supervisor Joan Weideman, Pacific School District Governing Board Cynthia Kaufman, Pacifica School District Governing Board Eileen Manning-Villar, Pacifica School District Governing Board Kalimah Salahuddin, Jefferson Union High School District.
