Magnitude 4.0 Quake Hits Bay Area

The earthquake occurred at about 5:33 a.m.

 

A 4.0-magnitude earthquake rocked the Bay Area this morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake was recorded approximately 1 mile from El Cerrito at 5:33 a.m., according to the USGS.
