MCC Agenda for Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Seton at 7:00 p.m.

Highlights of the agenda for the regular MCC meeting next Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Seton Medical Center Coastside, Marine Boulevard & Etheldore, Moss Beach.

Directions: (Take Highway 1 to Marine Boulevard and follow hospital signs uphill)

MCC attendees must park in upper parking lot (first left near top of hill) per hospital policy.

Please note that the regular meeting will start a half hour earlier at 7:00 p.m.

We will have the following special guests from the County to address these important agenda items: Supervisor Don Horsley, Deputy Director Steve Monowitz & Sarah Rosendahl, Chief Legislative Aide

The Council will be discussing and may take action on the following Regular Agenda Items:

 

  • Princeton Planning Effort - Steve Monowitz (7:30) (45 minutes) Presentation and discussion of a draft scope of work for an update to the plans, policies, and regulations that apply to development within Princeton and its environs.
  • Desired Outcome: Inform the community and Council of the Princeton planning process and solicit feedback.

 

  • Midcoast Safety and Mobility Studies - Steve Monowitz  (8:15) (45 minutes) Presentation and discussion of the County's preliminary response to comments received on the Phase 2 study, the process for finalizing the Phase 2 study, and the methods by which both phases will be implemented.
  • Desired Outcome: Inform the community and Council of the process for finalizing the Phase 2 study, and agree to the method by which both phases will be implemented.
