MCC Agenda for Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Seton at 7:30 p.m.

Highlights of the agenda for the regular MCC meeting next Wednesday, May 9, 2012 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m at Seton Medical Center Coastside, Marine Boulevard & Etheldore, Moss Beach.


Directions: (Take Highway 1 to Marine Boulevard and follow hospital signs uphill)
MCC attendees must park in upper parking lot (first left near top of hill) per hospital policy.

The Council will be discussing and may take action on the following Regular Agenda Items: 

a. Montara 7th St Follow-up Letter – Kehoe (8:00) (30 minutes) Review cover letter updating and resend original letter (Mar. 9, 2011) to County and Supervisor noting no action and recent public comments.
Desired Outcome: Approve the cover letter and resend with original letter.

b. Midcoast Industrial Zoning – Ketcham (8:30) (20 minutes) Follow-up on 4/25/12 MCC presentation on zoning updates needed for Midcoast M-1 and Princeton Waterfront Districts – correspondence from County Planning Dept.
Desired Outcome: Reassess need for MCC letter at this time.

c. MCC representation on C/CAG Airport Land Use Committee (ALUC) -- (Ketcham) (8:50) (20 minutes) Review and approve MCC letter to C/CAG (City/County Association of Governments) requesting a position be created on ALUC for an elected MCC member and alternate.
Desired Outcome: Approve the letter.

d. Midcoast Park Lands (MPL) Designee – (Stein) (9:20) (20 minutes) Update our appointed Midcoast Community Council Designee to the Board of Directors of MPL.
Desired Outcome: Council will vote and approve their Midcoast Park Lands Designee.
