Two Firefighters Hospitalized After Traffic Crash While Responding to Call

A fire truck and a fire engine responding to a call Wednesday morning were involved in a traffic collision in Daly City that sent two firefighters to the hospital with injuries, a fire inspector said.

 The collision was called in at 9:18 a.m. at the intersection of Crocker Avenue and Brunswick Street, North County Fire Inspector Klaus Zolinskis said.

 The two firefighters were taken to hospitals and are currently listed in stable condition.

 The cause of the crash remains under investigation, Zolinskis said.
