Six People Displaced in Pacifica Fire

A house fire in Pacifica displaced six people this morning, according to the North County Fire Authority.

Firefighters responded to the 100 block of Eastridge Circle at 10:18 a.m. and found smoke and fire showing from the first floor of the residence.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze and said all of the residents safely evacuated the home.

The fire was contained to one bedroom, but there was smoke and heat damage to other areas of the residence.

The American Red Cross is assisting residents in finding temporary housing.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
