4:50 a.m., Adobe Drive: A woman described to be in her 60s driving a green Ford Expedition was reportedly stealing recyclables.

4:33 p.m., Cabrillo Highway and Linda Mar Boulevard: The male driver of a gray Chrysler four-door sedan who may have been intoxicated was reportedly driving recklessly. He was reportedly swerving and almost went off the road.
