Oct. 20 - 4p.m. Graffiti was reported at Pacifica Beach Resort. Police responded to the incident and found that the exterior walls had been spray painted with the phrases, “SIMS,” “KIF” and “408.” The suspect was unknown.
Oct. 21 - 5:42p.m. A resident of the 200 block of Kent reported a vehicle vandalized in front of the home. Police examined the scene and saw that there were two small dents to the passenger side door and a crack to a window of the vehicle.
Oct. 22 - 11:03a.m. An unknown suspect reportedly vandalized Oceana High School. A school attendant told police that a window to the rear of the school had been broken. When police responded to the incident a shoe imprint was found in the broken glass. 9:55p.m. Ninja pumpkin attack. A resident of the 800 block of Oddstad Boulevard reported witnessing “four teenage ninjas” puncture a large, pumpkin lawn decoration in the front yard of her home. She said the four ninjas fled on foot when she attempted to confront them. The description of the suspects could not be given except for the black and purple ninja costumes they wore.
Oct. 23 - 1:39p.m. Possible Meth “Cooking.” A third-party report was filed of possible meth production, or “meth cooking” as the reporting party alleged, in a residence on the 800 block of Arguello Boulevard. Police found that the report was unfounded. 7:14p.m. An onlooker reported a driver seen “doing donuts” in frontierland park. 7:25p.m. A passerby reported a suspicious circumstance on Alcala Court. The reporting party said three teens were seen going into the backyard of a vacant house.
Oct. 24 - 8:45a.m. A resident of the 1000 block of Big Bend Drive reported vandalism had been commited to a car parked in front of the home. An unknown suspect had scratched the driver’s side door leaving a mark 18 inches in length, according to the police inspection.
