Coastal Crash Knocks Out Power to 455 PG&E Customers

The crash was reported on Sunshine Valley Road at about 9:20 a.m.

A vehicle crashed into a power pole on the San Mateo County coast this morning, cutting power to about 455 customers in Montara and Moss Beach, a PG&E spokesman said.

The crash was reported on Sunshine Valley Road at about 9:20 a.m., PG&E spokesman Joe Molica said. He was not aware of any injuries.

Utility crews responded to determine if any live wires were down, Molica said.
