Frustrated because as residents here I fear for myself and my kids if our police officers are liars. Their job is to uphold the law, not harass clearly marked livery vehicles with paying passengers (who pay to not drive intoxicated) and lie about reasons. If you've had experiences with officers in Pacifica with no honor or honesty I'd like to know.
