Fireworks in South Manor

At the end of Millagra Dr we have been tortured by someone that lights of extremely loud fireworks in the middle of the night for a few years now. Usually between 1-3am. This last week was one of the worst. At 10pm the largest and loudest went off and set off many car alarms as well as freaked out pets. It sounded like a bomb, everyone was freaked out and pissed off.
In talking with neighbors this has gone on longer than the 5 years I have been in the neighborhood, once lighting my backyard on fire prior to me buying the home. Everyone is very tired of it.
This has got to end. The police can do little because they never see it. We all need to watch and report. It is fine during the 4th of July, but not on a weekly basis. 
Neighbors, please try to identify who is doing this and call the police whenever it does.
