Cervantes way fire

As a homeowner on Cervantes way we are so lucky this was all that happened since the fire was in the day. Since we bought our house 9 years ago we had no idea of what kind of neighbors ended up being right next door. This is all I know from my own personal accounts. We have dealt with the hoarding of junk next door and tinkering around from all hours of the night. Degenerates coming in and out on bikes. Drug raids at all hours of the night. This man lives off his sweet elderly disabled mother and reeks havoc in our neighborhood .We have had sparks coming over our fence before from people in their backyard cooking and welding something. This man has been in and out of jail for drugs and robbery. The police know of the drugs and have told us its an ongoing investigation. For 9 years ?!? He has had junkies living in his backyard, we have reported them as well as other neighbors to not only the violation of code ordinance to the city of pacifica , but also the san Mateo county health department for the backyard "tenant " and the rodent infestation this house has inflicted on us all on this otherwise well kept block.With such a long list of documentation through police, the city of pacifica, the health department , the now fire department what's it going to take to put an end to this? A meth explosion in the middle of the night killing god forbid one of my young children next door??? We paid $655,000 to live next door to a war zone in pacifica and myself and other neighbors have had enough! Time for a lawyer to make sure we end this cycle. Any legal advice out there in how we move forward?
