In Pacifica, What Are You Thankful For?

In the spirit of showing gratitude on Thanksgiving, here's what some of your neighbors had to say.

What are you thankful for in our town? On Thanksgiving, a day when many will gather with family and friends to show their gratitude and give thanks to what’s important to them, here’s what your neighbors say they are thankful for in Pacifica.

In early November, Pacifica Patch asked readers on our Facebook page to complete the sentence: “In Pacifica, I am thankful for … “

Annie Workman Coots says she's thankful for "a crab sandwich at Nick's and a face full of sea spray on my way back to the car."

Others say they are thankful for the fog, ocean views, natural beauty, and childhood memories of growing up in Pacifica. Some say that are thankful for their school or just being a Pacifican. Kathy Doyle-Quinn is thankful for her friend Mandi and Karen Wapp Landi is thankful for her children.

Read through all the responses below to find things you’re thankful for and to bring gratitude into your daily life. Or share in the comments section what you are thankful for in Pacifica. Happy Thanksgiving!
