Pacifica Land Trust Holding 'Restoration Play Day'

The Pacifica Land Trust aims to water plants in the recently planted slide area in the Sunday morning event; the organization is hosting a native plant hike later in the day.

A Pacifica environmentalist group is holding its "Restoration Play Day" on Sunday.

The Pacifica Land Trust aims to water plants in the recently planted slide area, working near the green gate and possibly in the new property added to the Pedro Point Headlands.

The Play Day is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and will be followed by a 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. native plant hike to the Ecological Reserve - Prairie Grassland on the North Ridge.

The meeting place for both events will be at the Pedro Point Firehouse.

Those interested in attending either of both event are asked to RSVP the Pacifica Land Trust volunteer coordinator Lynn Adams at lynn4promos@aol.com.
