Summer Reading Program Begins at Library

Youth can win prizes for reading throughout the next few months.

Summer is finally here for Pacifica students — but that doesn’t mean kids have to be on a learning hiatus until September.

Both the Pacifica Sanchez Library and Sharp Park Library, along with all additional San Mateo County branches, are encouraging youth to sign up for its Summer Reading Program. Held from June thru August, children from ages of "birth" to 5th grade are eligible to win prizes based on the amount each reads during the summer.

To sign up, visit the Pacifica Library or any other San Mateo County branch.
