Small Earthquake Jiggles Pacifica Area
No damages reported from 1.1 magnitude temblor.
A small earthquake measuring 1.1 magnitude on the Richter scale shook the coastal area near Pacifica early Sunday according to the United States Geological Survey.
The temblor shook shortly after 5 a.m. and originated about 5.22 miles below the Earth’s surface. There were no immediate reports of damage.
