A locally owned restaurant that sits on the picturesque Pacifica pier got a mention in the state's most prestigious daily newspaper.

The , a popular destination for locals that that sits on the pier boasting spectacular ocean vistas, is listed among the state's most "atmospheric" pier eateries, according to this weekend's edition of the Los Angeles Times.

The other top pier eatiries mentioned were Monterey's Municipal Wharf No. 2 Lou-Lou's Griddle, The Olde Port Inn on Harford Pier in Port San Luis, Balboa Pier in Newport Beach's Ruby's Diner, and the San Clemente Pier's Pier Shack & Grill.
