Flooding Closes Freeway Connection Near San Bruno
The connector between southbound Highway 101 and Interstate Highway 380 will remain closed until this afternoon, according the CHP.
Update, 2:36 p.m.: The connector was reopened at 11:59a.m., according to CHP Officer Tony Tam.

The connection between southbound Highway 101 and Interstate 280 near San Bruno has been closed this morning because of severe flooding, the California Highway Patrol reported.

CHP first received a report about the flooding at about 6:22 a.m. The connector between southbound Highway 101 and Interstate Highway 380 is known for often flooding when heavy rains pass through the area.
All lanes on westbound 380 will remain closed until at least 1 p.m., KTVU reported this morning. In the meantime, drivers are encouraged to take alternate routes.
