Homework can be a stressful experience for students and parents. Join Pacifica School Volunteers and the Pacifica School District for a FREE parent education workshop on Monday, November 5th, 7pm - 9pm in the library of IBL, 1427 Palmetto Ave.
Moderated by Tina VanRaaphorst, Associate Superintendent of Curriculum, a panel of Pacifica School District teachers will explore the hot topic of homework at all grade levels. Discussion will include homework expectations and policies, strategies for creating a successful homework environment, how and when to assist your child, and much more.
Kim Day of Pacifica Public Library will be on hand to introduce the great homework resources available through the Library.
