There are four Pedro Point Shopping Center retail spaces currently empty next to the Fresh & Easy at 5550 Coast Highway.

One space is available for a sublease under Fresh & Easy (the one adjacent to the grocery store), while three to the south are not. SRS Real Estate Partners owns the space. 

Nearby are the , , and La Playa Taqueria.
