Ehlers Estate Winemaker’s Dinner

Ehlers Estate is proud to participate in the Vintner Series at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay throughout the month of March. As part of the series, Ehlers Estate’s winemaker, Kevin Morrisey will host a Winemaker’s Dinner on March 11, 2011 at Navio, the breathtaking restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton. Navio’s Executive Chef Richard Gras will create a four-course menu to pair with Ehlers Estate wines and winemaker Kevin Morrisey will guide guests through the tasting experience. The wine-pairing dinner is $99 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.

During the rest of the month guests who stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay will have the opportunity to enjoy Ehlers Estate wines. They will be offered a glass upon check-in, can order from a by-the-glass menu in The Conservatory Lounge and will have the benefit of dining on a six-course dinner perfectly paired with Ehlers Estate wines and featuring local and seasonal ingredients. Wine tasting will be presented in the ENO Tasting Room on Fridays from 4 to 6 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 3 to 6 p.m.
