This is the fourth year the Pacifica and Half Moon Bay Libraries will be holding their Coastside Teen Film Fest. This festival is for the youth of the Coastside to not only express their creativity, but be recognized publicly for their work.
Our mission is to promote creativity in teens through movie making. We want teens to make films of their own and share them with their peers, all the while learning the skills of filmmaking and communication.
