PHOTO: A Day for the Birds

Just another day for "Birdman of Pacifica," feeding a friendly flock of feathered friends.

The “Birdman of Pacifica” was caught on camera, feeding the birds, including seagulls, pigeons and crows, at the Chit Chat Café the other day.

Located across the street from the Pacific Ocean, the Chit-Chat Cafe sits on some of the best real estate in the Bay Area, perfect for taking in a great view with a cup of coffee or just feeding the birds.

"....the Chit-Chat Cafe sits on some of the best real estate in the Bay Area...." is far more accurate and appropriate description than the poster could have possibly intended. The place literally sits there, with their indifferently prepared coffee; blank cheerless service; horrific food sanitation; and a thin film of stale grease covering everything. It's literally starting to resemble the building under Joe Jimno's Rusty Hook tenancy which required a massive overhaul from the City when they finally chased Joe out of the place. It depresses me to live only half a block away and have to go elsewhere for my coffee.
