New Signs Remind July Fourth Revelers to Keep It Clean

The Pacifica Beach Coalition readies for a cleaner July Fourth with new signs.

The Pacifica Beach Coalition (PBC) would like to remind everyone that they can help all beaches and wildlife this July Fourth "by celebrating safely and placing all debris, whether on the beaches, in a park, or by our homes, snuggly in garbage cans," said PBC presidnet Lynn Adams.

To increase awareness about using fireworks responsibly and cleaning up the litter afterward, four signs were specially created by PBC member and Patch blogger Misha Flores.

"We will be posting them not only in Pacifica but also on the Coast and near the Bay so everyone can heed their request," said Adams.
