VOTE NO on the PACIFICA PHONE TAX!

Don't believe the lies from the City. This new 6.5% tax on all your phones will cost the most vulnerable among us, single mothers, struggling families, handicapped persons, veterans an extra $200 a year. There is no guarantee where they have to spend it. And we no longer need this tax since we have over 1.5 million in reserves. Tell all your friends and neighbors to get out and vote no on this terrible idea of a tax.
