I could not have said it better. The sea does define this community. I have lived by the ocean myRead More entire life, first the Atlantic for 55 years, and now the Pacific. When I moved here from Cape Cod for a career opportunity, the ONLY place I wanted to call home was (and still is) Pacifica. In a way, Pacifica called me. Every time I go to work or come home, The views take my breath away. Why? Because of the OCEAN, our single greatest ASSET. Wake up City of Pacifica Government: you govern ONLY at the behest of the people. And the people CHERISH their OCEAN ASSET. Create some other budget cuts and keep the pittance of $3,000 you currently give the Pacifica Beach Coalition. Personally, I think it should be a larger sum, but as a fiscal conservative, I appreciate keeping budgets tight. So, again I say: SUPPORT THE PBC and KEEP THE FUNDING IN THE BUDGET!
