Car Fire Damages Carport, Vehicles

The fire occurred near Paloma Avenue in Pacifica on Saturday evening.

Fire crews extinguished a car fire at a Pacifica carport Saturday evening, North County Fire Authority officials said.

The fire was reported at 6:56 p.m. near 77 Paloma Ave., fire officials said. The car fire also damaged the carport and two other cars parked on either side of the vehicle found engulfed in flames, fire officials said.

No one was injured in the fire, and no evacuations were ordered, fire officials said. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Fire crews remained at the site of the fire for about an hour after the blaze was put out.
